Reflections on La Regenta

Throughout the month of November, the University of Oviedo is celebrating the 140th anniversary of the publication of La Regenta by Clarín with a series of lectures entitled Reflections on La Regenta. I have the pleasure of closing the series with a talk entitled “Anita Ozores and the Search for a Conversational Partner: Readings and Conversations of Spanish Women Writers with La Regenta.” It will take place next Wednesday, 26 November, at 7:00 p.m. in the Aula Magna of the Historic Building.
